SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. In periods of high demand, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. SHIPPING AREAS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We currently prioritize shipping exclusively to the United States. We use international tracked services to ensure your package arrives safely.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or via the link provided in the email. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the system as it passes through international sorting centers.

4. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Because we utilize automated processing systems, there is a very small window of 12 hours to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at botanichecompany@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience without hidden costs.

  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on your state's regulations.

  • Import Charges: For the vast majority of orders shipped to the United States, we utilize shipping lines that include pre-paid customs clearance. However, please be advised that any exceptional local import duties, administrative fees, or taxes imposed by US Customs and Border Protection are the responsibility of the customer. Botaniche is not responsible for these unexpected local charges.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Botaniche is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate with the local post office.

 

7. DAMAGES

If you receive your order and it is damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the items immediately and contact our support team at botanichecompany@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. This documentation is required for us to evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or a refund.
