RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

At Botaniche, we stand behind the quality of our home and gardening products. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

  • With all original tags and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you must contact us at botanichecompany@gmail.com. IMPORTANT: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the package. We will provide you with a specific return shipping address once your request is approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To evaluate the issue, we require:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged item.

  • A photo of the shipping label and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods: Seeds, organic fertilizers, or live plants (if applicable).

  • Custom products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Personal care goods: Beauty or health products.

  • Sale items: Items purchased during a clearance or with a gift card are final sale and cannot be returned.

7. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.

9. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
